New CartCaddyHD Cart Mover pulls and pushes loads up to 50,000 lbs

Cart MoverDJProducts, Inc. is the world leader in providing battery-powered cart mover and assist tugs (cart mover) to the manufacturing, hospital, and retail industries. They provide solutions that eliminate the pains and strains associated with manually pushing heavy carts and wheeled equipment, or are less costly, smaller, and more maneuverable then traditional equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks that are not designed to push or pull wheeled carts and equipment.

Its powerful 6 hp motor can provide 1200 lbs of horizontal push/pull mover force, replacing the need for a lift truck in these heavy applications. The CartCaddyHD cart mover gains it traction by adding up to an additional 1,000 lbs of steel over its transaxle, and by transferring weight from the load to its wheels with the optional electric lift kit. Once the CartCaddy™ is attached to the cart, the mover can easily push, pull, and maneuver any load with ONE PERSON, safely and under control.

The compact, ergonomic design allows the CartCaddyHD cart mover to maneuver in tight areas, such as hallways and aisles, as well as open spaces. The mover powerful 6 hp motor can maneuver loads from 2,500 lbs. up to 50,000 lbs.

For more detailed information, along with pictures and a video on the solution that solved this application, please go to Cart Mover page.
