Start with the aircraft’s actual weight and nose-gear or tow connection, then check hangar clearance, turn radius, pavement, slope and the planned move. For lighter aircraft, compare the AircraftCaddy 4K Jr. (up to 4,000 lb) or the 4K / 8K configurations. For larger aircraft, compare the 15K (up to 15,000 lb) and 35K (up to 35,000 lb).
Connection geometry matters as much as weight: the DNW is described for dual-nose-wheel aircraft, and Magic Arm models have a different attachment approach. Confirm the exact aircraft model, approved tow points, gear limits and operating procedure with DJ Products and the aircraft’s ground-handling documentation before selecting a tug.
