Dolly PullerDolly Puller: CartCaddy

The CartCaddy dolly puller works with a cart and a dolly that move in a straight line and are attached to a steering system (i.e. on rails). The puller provides the directional force, while the facility's steering mechanism maintains the route of the cart.

Dolly Puller Applications

The CartCaddy dolly puller has been extremely successful with assembly line applications, as well as applications which involve moving a cart in and out of an oven or a paint booth. The dolly mover has also been successful with pushing applications that involve equipment that are assembled with wheels on them, such as buses, motor homes, tractors, and carts.

Dolly Puller Benefits

The dolly puller has been designed ergonomically to prevent the strain associated with manually pushing and pulling heavy equipment. The use of the CartCaddy minimizes the risk of injury, which in turn reduces the number of workers' compensation and insurance claims.

Fork trucks, walkies, and riding tugs are often utilized to maneuver carts and equipment short distances. These methods require greater amounts of storage space and are more costly than the CartCaddy dolly mover. The CartCaddy is less bulky than traditional equipment, which results in fewer accidents and lower maintenance costs. Additionally, the easy maneuverability of the dolly puller reduces damage to surrounding parts and equipment.
