CarCaddy™ Truck & Car Pusher pushes heavy vehicles down assembly line.

DJProducts, Inc. is the world leader in providing battery-powered carts and assist tugs to the manufacturing, hospital, and retail industries. They provide solutions that eliminate the pains and strains associated with manually pushing heavy carts and wheeled equipment, or are less costly, smaller, and more maneuverable then traditional equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks that are not designed to push/pull wheeled carts and equipment.

They just provided a CarCaddy™ Truck & Car Pusher solution to a major heavy truck manufacture for pushing their vehicles down the assembly line as they were being assembled. The customer was currently pushing the vehicles to each station by using 4 assembly technicians, risking a possible injury from over extending the body. DJProducts, Inc. customized an angled push pad for pushing against the back bumper of the heavy vehicles. Now one operator with the Truck & Car Pusher can easily and without injury push any size or weight vehicle down their assembly line.
