New powered tilt truck is motorized to haul heavy garbage and trash.

DJ Products, Inc. of Minneapolis has introduced a motorized tilt truck that transports and maneuvers trash and waste in your facility. The motorized truck eliminates the manual pushing of heavy garbage containers and increases the efficiency of the disposal process for your business. The powered tilt truck is motorized for moving heavy trash and debris used for daily duties in manufacturing and distribution facilities, convention centers, and hospitals, saving time, money, and wear-and-tear on an employees body.

Their new motorized tilt truck is ergonomically designed to take the physical strain off workers’ muscles, allowing them to work more efficiently and more comfortably. By making a tilt truck adaptable to the worker, a motorized design allows workers of various body types, ages, and physical skills to perform on an equal footing. A powered truck maximizes employee performance by eliminating awkward work postures that lead to the tired and cramped muscles that erode job performance and can lead to injury and disability. When workers are forced to contort their bodies into less than optimal postures to operate a heavy, non-powered tilt truck, muscles become more quickly fatigued. Not only does fatigue lead to slower task production and longer and more frequent breaks, it increases the risk of injury. A motorized tilt truck eliminates these problems and ensures each worker a safe and comfortable work environment.

Due to their aging work force, changing work environment, or new OSHA related safety regulations, this powered tilt truck helps eliminate the strains and pains of pushing these heavy trucks. Employers report a decrease in work-related injuries and employee turnover, while they experience an increase in employee productivity and job satisfaction.

The motorized tilt truck can haul loads up to 2000 lbs. The powered truck has a variable speed twist grips that allows the operator to travel at speeds of 0-3 mph forward or backward. With its heavy duty, 24-volt motor being powered by two 12v batteries, their motorized truck can perform without re-charging for up to 8 hours. Their powered tilt truck can be customized to any application or any environment and they have many shapes and sizes available.
