Efficiënt materiële behandeling - en het materiaal kan deze dagen zijn om het even wat van steen aan staal - vertaalt aan efficiënte voltooiing van het project, misschien met prestatiesbonussen in bijlage. Maar de inefficiënte materiële behandeling kan baanvooruitgang vertragen, verdubbeling van inspanning veroorzaken, aan efficiency afbreuk doen, en kan zelfs tot ongevallen en verwondingen leiden.
De meeste contractanten denken aan een materiële manager als vorkheftruck van de veranderlijk-bereik ineenschuivende boom. Deze machines, die gewoonlijk bij vele bouwconstructieplaatsen worden gezien, kenmerken een ineenschuivende boom en omvatten typisch vorken voor eenvoudige behandeling van materialen zoals blok, mortier, sheetrock, en triplex. Maar zij kunnen ook met koppelingssystemen voor vele verschillende types van gehechtheid worden gepast die veelzijdigheid op de baan kunnen verhogen. Hetzij het leegmaken blijven de materialen van vrachtwagens of het leveren van hen over de fasen van een project, telehandlers wat de meeste mensen denken aan wanneer het onderwerp materiaal voor materiële behandeling is.
Maar er zijn meer aan materiële behandeling dan telehandlers. Bijvoorbeeld, zijn de kranen een andere klasse van materiaal behandelingsmateriaal. Wanneer het zware opheffen wordt vereist, gewoonlijk de voorkeur heeft een kraan. Dat is waarom de kranen meest materiële behandeling voor belangrijke projecten zoals bruggen, waar de ladingen zwaar kunnen zijn, of op high-rise gebouwen overnemen, waar telehandlers een lang genoeg bereik niet kunnen aanbieden. De kranen wonen ook op vele plaatsen met het leegmaken van vrachtwagens bij - een belangrijk deel van materiële behandeling op enkel over om het even welke baan.
Maar welk machines ook voor materiële behandeling worden gebruikt, blijft het belangrijkste element de exploitant. De veiligheid is primordiaal. Herinner me, het materiële materiaal van het managershandvat - en dit veilig te doen, moet de lading onder hun volledige controle op elk moment zijn. Deze noodzaak drijft niet alleen ladings behandeling en manoeuvreerbaarheid maar ook beïnvloedt cabineontwerp en controle het plaatsen. Bijvoorbeeld, cabines op velen moderne materiële managers worden ontworpen met meer glas om de exploitant meer zicht te geven.
Ontwerpend machines die een ervaren exploitant kan zeker veilig en effectief controleren zijn een zeer belangrijke overweging, bijzonder binnen deze dagen van schaarse arbeidskrachten, wanneer het selecteren van materiële behandelingsmachines. Maar zonder vragen, het efficiënte zullen samenvoegen van exploitant en de machine verhogings veiligheid die productiviteit maximaliseert - en dat betekent altijd een betere bodemlijn.

The legendary television show Star Trek and the franchise’s many spin-offs brought the future to the present. Many of those futuristic gizmos sparked the imaginations of young inventors resulting in tools, electronics and appliances that are commonplace today.
