How do you solve material handling problems in your business? كيف تحل المشاكل مناوله المواد في عملك؟ Often the people charged with solving a problem on the floor or in the plant have no experience actually performing the tasks that are involved. وكثيرا ما اتهم الشعب لحل مشكلة على الارض او في المصنع ليس لها في الواقع تجربة اداء المهام التي ينطوي عليها. We’re not saying planning isn’t important. نحن لا اقول ليس المهم التخطيط. Of course it is. وبطبيعة الحال هو. While these issues may not be obvious on paper, they are obvious in practice and present considerable obstacles to efficiency and productivity. وفي حين ان هذه المسائل قد لا تكون واضحة على ورقة ، وهي واضحة وهذا في الممارسه العملية تواجه عقبات كبيرة تحول دون الكفاءه والانتاجية.
