CartCaddy Battery Powered Tugger

Battery Powered TuggerThe CartCaddy™ Powered Tugger is designed to work with carts that have a tongue that steers the front axle, and sometime the back axles as well. A pintle hitch is mounted to the front of the Powered Tugger to grab rings or eyes on the front of these carts or trailer.

Applications for a Battery Powered Tugger

The CartCaddy™ Battery Powered Tugger has been extremely successful with either a single cart or long lines of carts that triall one another. The CartCaddy™ Powered Tugger is also successful in applications involving equipment trailers with such tongues where there is no weight on the front of the tongue.

Benefits of a Battery Powered Tugger

The Cart Caddy™ battery powered tugger is ergonomically designed to prevent the strains and pains often associated with manually pushing and pulling heavy carts, trailers, and equipment. The use of the powered tugger minimizes the risk of injury, which in turn reduces the overall number of workman's compensation and insurance claims.

Fork trucks, walkies and riding tugs are often utilized to pull these cart, trailers, and wheeled equipment short distances. These methods require considerably more storage space and are significantly more costly than the CartCaddy™ powered tugger. Our battery powered tugger is less bulky than the traditional equipment, which results in fewer accidents and lower maintenance costs. The easy maneuverability of the product reduces damage to surrounding parts and equipment.
